Shantui Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. (Shantui Heavy Industry) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., which is a state-owned first-class enterprise. Shantui Heavy Industry is located at No.6666 Chongwen Avenue, Shantui Heavy Industry Science & Technology Park, Jining Hi-tech Zone, and covers an area of more than 32 acres, with 30,000 m2 of floor space. The company has 162 million RMB in registered capital and over 300 employees, including more than 50 professional technicians. The company is a comprehensive machinery manufacturing enterprise integrating manufacture, marketing and services for multifunctional machines such as forklifts,  road machinery, garbage compactors, etc.

Shantui Heavy Industry was established in July 2008. In the beginning, all manufacturing took place at the Shantui International Industrial Park, but in order to realize the long-term strategic developmental goal of "Strengthening core businesses, exploring new businesses, integrating resources, lean management, cooperative development, and merging into international markets" and to improve Shantui's competitive ability in the construction machinery industry, the company moved to the Shantui Heavy Industry Science & Technology Park between February and August 2009. From here the first forklift and roller of Shantui Heavy Industry were successfully manufactured on February 27,  and August 28, 2009, respectively.

Shantui forklifts and road machinery have been independently developed by Shantui Heavy Industry, who owns all independent intellectual property rights. Products range from the 2T-10T internal combustion or battery powered forklifts, as well as various kinds of spare parts. Annual output is 6,000 forklifts, and 3,000 units of road machinery. The main models of forklifts are: SF20, SF20T, SF20D, SF25, SF25T, SF30, SF30T, SF50, and SF100; Road Machinery: SR12, SR16, SR18, SR18M, SR20M, SR22M, SR26T, SG18; Landfill Compactors: SR28MR, SR33YR.

Shantui Heavy Industry has a smooth management system, internationally advanced technical equipment, and technical talent, guaranteeing the production of high quality logistic transport and lift machinery, excavation machinery, road machinery, road surface construction and maintenance machinery, and environmental machinery. Shantui Heavy Industry is an active participant in the new stage of Shantui's international development.
