Shantui Special Machinery Division

The Shantui Special Machinery Division specializes in R&D, manufacture, sales and service of special machinery like rotary drilling rigs and crawler cranes, as well as the trial production and testing of new products made by Shantui. The Division covers an area of 13.2 acres, with a plant area of 17,000 m² and a machine testing area of 18,000 m².

The Division was established on April 10, 2009 under the diversification strategy of adapting to the developmental trends of the construction machinery industry. The Division makes use of the technical advantages of Shantui's track-type undercarriages to expand product lines and offer customers complete construction solutions, to improve overall competitive force, and to reduce risk. Currently, the company's main products are the ST150T crawler crane and the SE series of rotary drilling rigs: SER22, SER22A, SER28, and SER15.

The Division integrates mature and excellent resources from around the world with the strong scientific research and manufacturing capabilities of Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., and has made great achievements in manufacturing technology and in the research and development of systems integration and key parts. The Division has independently developed rotary drilling rigs, to which it holds the intellectual property rights, and is currently in the trial stage for a 150T crawler crane. All products must pass the industrial test and measurement standards of Shantui field tests, which ensures high reliability and stability, and guarantees performance and efficiency for optimal construction work.

Pre-sales service: Based on customer and project goals, we will help customers estimate equipment, personnel and funding requirements, assist with planning site management, so as to effectively reduce risks during construction and ensure project quality, schedule and profit. We will also help the customer choose the most suitable models and configurations for their project.

During-sales service: We will train operators and management, make sure all preparation is done ahead of time to provide the necessary on-site service, monitor product delivery, introduce the service system, and help the customers with preparations for receiving their products.

After-sales service: With strong technical expertise, we can help customers to conveniently solve any difficulties occurring during their project, and we can provide customers technical consultancy and instruction with regards to construction methods. We will assist customers in making initial construction plans, and provide advice on site management. We provide assembly and adjustment services, as well as operation training, and we have a system of regular follow-ups, inspections and maintenance.
