Special Services for key projects

If Shantui machinery is in operation in key projects on a provincial level or higher, the customer will receive special services from Shantui (free special coating service, on-site service, extended on-site service). These special services will allow customers to work more freely without any worries.

Customer Visits

After a set service period, we measure and analyze the customer's conditions and requirements to improve our service quality. We also provide users with suggestions on how to improve their business capabilities. We invite some customers to observe the developmental process and testing of our new products. This is all to establish a customer visit system, and improve communications between Shantui and customers.

Time is money. With the support of 31 agencies spread all over China, Shantui has formed a complete after-sales service network, and owns many after-sales service devices.
